Return & Exchange Policy

At TLC 365, ensuring our customers' satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully handle the packing and shipping of your orders. However, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally impact the condition of the delivered packages.

We are delighted to offer a refund for any unused, undamaged, unopened product with its original label/receipt within 3 days of delivery. Please note that discounted, used, or promotional products are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you receive a product that is damaged, tampered with, or different from your order, you can request a return. To initiate the return process, ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt/invoice. An unboxing video is mandatory for wrong or missing orders.

Please report any damage within 3 days of delivery and dispatch the product promptly once we accept the return request. We do not accept damage complaints after this period.
