EXCHANGE & REPLACEMENT

Product exchange is possible for sealed and saleable items with the original receipt/invoice, subject to terms outlined by TLC 365. Damages from neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application are not covered. Claims for missing, incomplete, or damaged products must be reported within 24-72 hours.

Refunds will be processed for items returned in their original state within 15 business days, excluding delivery fees. Refund methods vary based on payment mode.
